Key Responsibilities

Overseeing and guiding your team to maintain the highest cleanliness standards consistently.
⦁ Managing personal protective equipment (PPE) and cleaning supplies for the team.
⦁ Conducting team meetings to identify training needs.
⦁ Assisting with payroll preparation and arranging coverage during absences.
⦁ Performing daily audits and compiling monthly key performance indicator (KPI) reports.
⦁ Engaging in general cleaning tasks throughout the facility.
⦁ Ensuring all assigned areas are maintained to the highest standards.
⦁ Tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
⦁ Ensuring proper use and storage of all cleaning equipment.
⦁ Familiarizing yourself with health and safety regulations.
⦁ Managing waste disposal efficiently.
⦁ Reporting any equipment deficiencies or issues promptly.
⦁ Verifying that all equipment is safe and operational.

Qualifications
  • Eligibility to work in the UK with a minimum of five years residency.
  • A DBS check is mandatory for this position.
  • Prior experience is beneficial, though on-the-job training will be provided.
