Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Care Services to join our team at Oyster Care Homes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of our care services, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our care homes, including the delivery of care services, staff management, and financial management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided to our residents.
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals, including care managers, nurses, and support staff.
  • Ensure that our care homes are compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the financial sustainability of our care homes.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and HR, to ensure that our care homes are well-promoted and staffed.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that our care homes are safe, secure, and well-managed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in care management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the care sector.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and services.
