About the Role:

As a Streamer and Assessor Registered General Nurse with Nutrix Agency, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients across various healthcare settings in Birmingham and its environs. Your responsibilities may include conducting assessments, developing care plans, administering treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their care needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Administer treatments and medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being
Requirements:
  • Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
