Job Summary

We are looking for kind nurses to join our dedicated care home teams across the country, offering enhanced rates of pay that progress with your experience alongside a wide range of attractive company benefits.

Main Duties of the Job

As a nurse at HC-One, you will build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision making and collaborative skills - to name but a few. You will make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, and they will look to you to guide and support them in life-changing decisions, which is a humbling and unbelievably rewarding part of the role.

About You

We are looking for nurses who are passionate about providing kind care and making a difference to people's lives. You will have a valid Pin number and understand your commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC. You will have a passion to mentor and share your knowledge with your Colleagues, along with providing support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.

Person Specification

We are looking for nurses who have a degree in Nursing and a valid UK NMC Pin. You will also have experience of working in a care home environment and be able to demonstrate your ability to work as part of a team.
