About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at HC-One. As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, providing high-quality care and support in a nurse-led environment.

Main Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centred care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Developing and implementing individual care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team.
  • Leading by example, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and respect within our care home.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the quality of care.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.

Person Specification

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with:

  • A degree in Nursing and a valid UK NMC Pin
  • Experience in a care home environment, with a passion for delivering high-quality care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
