Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Director to join our team at TRIA. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of technical projects, primarily in the finance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of technical projects, including finance projects, using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Manage projects in Azure DevOps and ensure timely delivery
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and the business, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the head of IT Delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Agile project management, with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent supplier management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong technical understanding and experience in delivering large IT/technical projects
- Desirable: experience working in the insurance/financial sector and mergers/acquisitions
