Job Title: Area Facilities Management Controller

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Area Facilities Management Controller to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the freehold and leasehold properties within our group estate, ensuring that all hard services are functioning efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend handover meetings with the Facilities Management department to ensure all snagging issues are completed and handover documents are in place.
  • Follow up with internal and external construction teams to ensure warranty handover sheets are completed.
  • Log handover on-site audit pro for sharing and follow-up to ensure all works are completed to standard details and cleaning documents.
  • Prompt sites one month ahead of PPM team attendance to ensure all issues are logged and uploaded in the correct format.
  • Attend PPM visits and review checklists to ensure all works are completed to operating standards.
  • Be available for calls from the PPM team to offer guidance on repairs and maintenance.
  • Complete site audit reports and send to Facilities Management for review.
  • Check compliance documents are available and up-to-date on ARMS.
  • Ensure store teams have completed training on ARMS and understand procedures for logging and updating tickets.
  • Develop strong relationships with stores, contractors, and the Facilities team.
  • Advise on building, maintenance, security, and Health & Safety process improvements.
  • Deliver high-quality, efficient services to all sites, developing strong relationships with contractors and the Facilities team.
  • Work closely with Facilities Management Contractors to develop best practice approaches to managing sites.

Requirements:

  • Management experience within the building and maintenance industry.
  • Experience of statutory compliance and workplace regulations, including H&S.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work well within a team and use own initiative.
  • Ability to utilise computer software used within the office.
  • Articulate and excellent written and verbal communicator.
  • Flexibility to manage own workload and multi-task.
  • Ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence required.
