A career opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative to join Wheatstone Solutions, a leading provider of customer-centric solutions in the house building industry. As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, meeting the needs of homeowners after sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Customer Care and Customer Care Manager to deliver an outstanding level of customer care service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand and discuss defects that arise within properties, ensuring the relevant trades are appointed and works are carried out efficiently.
- Provide support and guidance to subcontractors, building and maintaining relationships to ensure works are completed on time and to the client's expectations.
- Communicate with Site or Construction teams to ensure customer queries are answered accurately, efficiently, and consistently.
- Take ownership of customer relationships, offering assistance and being proactive to ensure works are carried out on time and to the customer's expectations.
- Schedule operative diaries and appointments, ensuring the system and CRM are up to date with works carried out.
- Ensure the commercial team is informed regarding costs and expenses.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer service role or relevant experience in the house building/construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
