Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist Home Based

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Henlee Resourcing & Consulting Limited. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a key role in defining and delivering continuous training solutions to develop both new and existing retail employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Development Gaps: Analyze business needs and identify areas for improvement to develop effective training solutions.
  • Design and Deliver Training: Create and implement end-to-end development support plans, including coaching management to enhance leadership and management skills.
  • Support Stakeholders: Inform and manage stakeholders on planned support and learner progress, ensuring consistent customer excellence.
  • Collaborate with Managers: Support managers in delivering a robust induction and onboarding process, and assist in the delivery of effective performance reviews, 1-1s, and PDPs.
  • Develop Quality Content: Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate quality blended learning content and resources.
  • Support Other Projects: Assist in the delivery of other projects as directed by the Learning and Development Manager.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of delivering training solutions in a retail environment. You should be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, able to manage multiple projects and inspire learners to engage. Flexibility to travel, with regular overnight stays, is essential, as you will be required to cover a large geographic area, consisting of 30+ stores.
