Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop competitive bids for projects in the construction and renewable energy sectors
  • Engage with clients, manage tender documentation, and represent the company at industry events
  • Oversee the proposal creation workflow, ensuring exemplary composition, content, and timely submission
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to consolidate data for cohesive tender responses
  • Refine proposal terms, ensuring compliance and protection with legal advice as needed
  • Handle procurement activities, including prequalification questionnaires and registration of interest
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform client interactions, risk assessments, and assist in preparing and disseminating contract documents
  • Manage the sales database, track business opportunities, and administer the archival and retrieval of tender-related documentation
Requirements:
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, demonstrating advanced computer skills
  • Experience within a commercial setting, particularly in sales, operations, or contract management in the offshore industry
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Management or Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or Engineering
  • Ability to work in a rural location with own transport
