We are seeking a committed Assistant Manager to lead and motivate a dynamic team within our Starbucks establishment. The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, acting as their trusted partner.

As the second-in-command, you will ensure the team functions efficiently, focusing on driving sales and enhancing profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading and engaging the team, participating in beverage preparation, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing excellent service to our valued customers.
