We are seeking a committed Assistant Manager who can effectively lead, inspire, and motivate a team within our friendly Starbucks establishment. As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, acting as their essential support.

In this role, you will be second in command, playing a crucial part in ensuring the team operates efficiently. Your focus will be on driving sales and enhancing profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Engaging and leading the team will be your primary objective, alongside participating in beverage preparation, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving our valued customers.
