Theatre Support Assistant

Join our team at Fortius Clinic, a leading private orthopaedic and sports injury group, as a Theatre Healthcare Care Assistant. We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to support our theatre team in providing comprehensive care to perioperative patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist registered practitioners in delivering first-class theatre care
- Support perioperative care and assist with regulatory checks
- Liaise effectively with nursing staff and multi-disciplinary teams
- Contribute to the evaluation of complaints and incidents
- Work within and be aware of the organisation's clinical policies and guidelines
Requirements:
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a hospital environment
- Flexible, helpful, and caring
- NVQ 3 in Healthcare (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in working in a theatre environment
