Mobile Engineering Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Engineering Supervisor to join our team at Integral UK Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our MEP systems across various sites.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Operate and maintain MEP systems on sites, ensuring they are functioning efficiently and safely.
  2. Conduct regular site visits to inspect and report on the condition of MEP systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  3. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
  4. Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement strategies for improving site operations and reducing downtime.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all staff.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in building services environments, with a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering.
  2. Relevant qualifications, including electrical and mechanical engineering apprenticeships or equivalent.
  3. Experience with FCU servicing, C&G Pts. 1 & 2, and 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Proactive and results-driven, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
