Job Title: Mobile Engineering Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Engineering Supervisor to join our team at Integral UK Ltd.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Operate and maintain MEP systems on sites, ensuring they are functioning efficiently and safely.
  2. Conduct regular site visits to inspect and report on the condition of MEP systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  3. Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and effective completion of service visits and maintenance tasks.
  4. Collaborate with the supply chain to source and procure M&E components for remedial and corrective works.
  5. Take ownership of sites under Integral control, ensuring they are maintained to the required show site standards.
  6. Efficiently complete elogbooks PPM and reactive tasks, ensuring tasks are acknowledged and completed within SLA.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in building services environments.
  2. Electrical or mechanical engineering apprenticeship or equivalent.
  3. FCU servicing and experience.
  4. C&G Pts. 1 & 2, equivalent or exceeds.
  5. 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation (ability to attain 18th Edition through additional training if 17th Edition held).
  6. Simmtronic lighting control system understanding and/or proficiency.
  7. Emergency lighting testing, fault reporting, and fault finding skills.
  8. elogbooks CAFM system use and experience or similar system.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  10. Ability to work under pressure and deliver services to clients within given time constraints.
