About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Engineer to join our Corporate Service team in Glasgow and Edinburgh. As a Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking a variety of tasks including maintenance inspections, fault finding, upgrades and installations activities.

You will work in a mobile capacity across the Glasgow & Edinburgh area's, traveling to client sites in the provided company vehicle and completing building services engineering maintenance to a variety of client properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake maintenance inspections, fault finding, upgrades and installations activities
  • Work independently in a technical maintenance environment
  • Complete building services engineering maintenance to a variety of client properties
  • Ensure all work-related documentation is accurate and completed on time
  • Utilize PDA correctly and keep logs of inspections reports and remedial work
Requirements
  • Experience as an electrical / mechanical technician working to a high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience of working under strict Health & Safety procedures including Safe Systems of Work (SSoW), risk assessments and method statements
  • Capable of fulfilling an Authorised Person / Responsible/Competent Person role
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Installation
