About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lifeguard at our Kingston Fitness and Wellbeing Club.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our members while using our wet facilities, including the swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room.
  • Create a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment that makes our members feel valued and supported.
  • Provide a warm welcome and efficient service to all members, ensuring they have a positive experience at our club.
  • Be attentive and alert at all times, responding promptly to any incidents or safety concerns.
  • Connect with members, helping them to feel connected and supported, and pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away.
