FutureOn AS is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our digital twin SaaS platform for offshore energy assets.

About the Role:

  • Product Visionary: Develop and execute a product vision that aligns with FutureOn AS's strategic goals and meets the needs of our customers in the offshore energy sector.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to deeply understand the needs and pain points of stakeholders in the offshore energy sector.
  • Business Case Development: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the offshore energy sector, including Subsea Oil & Gas and Offshore Wind projects.
  • Agile Software Development: Work with agile development teams to define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of product features and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong Business Acumen: Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products in an agile environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of the offshore energy sector, including Subsea Oil & Gas and Offshore Wind projects.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build robust business cases and make data-driven decisions.
