Fleet Support Specialist

To deliver exceptional customer service and support to our fleet customers, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and a positive experience at all times.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a range of fleet and warranty enquiries, working closely with our operations network and multiple industry-standard platforms to facilitate and manage bookings.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively respond to incoming contacts, providing timely and effective solutions to customer queries.
- Manage fleet SMR and tyre jobs, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide a high standard of customer service, maintaining a courteous and calm manner at all times.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, informing relevant departments to enable corrective action.
- Conduct analysis and reporting, identifying trends and collaborating with technical and product teams to drive solutions.
- Effectively manage fleet and warranty complaints, presenting a confident and professional approach.
- Support Business Development Managers and liaise with Autocentre Managers and Regional Managers.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify and remedy issues.
- Proven problem-solving and complaint handling experience.
- Excellent telephone manner and high-volume call handling skills.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is advantageous, but not essential.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and data capture abilities.
- Able to remain professional and calm in challenging situations.
- Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and SLAs.
- Strong personal presence, confidence, and credibility.
- Ability to communicate at a senior level and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
