Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Improvement Engineer to join our team at Matchtech. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving quality-focused improvement projects and conducting root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Root Cause Analysis: Perform thorough investigations using recognized techniques such as Ishikawa, 5 Whys, and statistical data analysis to identify and address significant quality issues.
  • Quality Improvement Projects: Lead and support quality improvement initiatives, applying the DMAIC cycle and Six Sigma methods to drive successful outcomes.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with cross-functional teams, facilitating meetings and communicating key findings and business implications at the senior management level.
  • Reporting: Produce clear and detailed reports summarizing findings, evidence, and actionable recommendations for quality improvement.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and Experience: Familiarity with ISO 9001 / EN9100 standards, understanding of Business Management Systems, Operational Frameworks, and Operational Assurance processes.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data analysis tools such as Minitab and SAP.
  • Qualifications: Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) is preferred, as well as experience in root cause analysis, PFMEA, and engineering.
