Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Quality Enterprises USA. As a key member of our Supplier Quality Assurance Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our suppliers and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Supplier Quality Assurance Team in the development of suppliers and the implementation of quality management systems.
  • Facilitate Lean Six Sigma projects within Supplier Quality Assurance and related business areas to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Work closely with an expanding team of Continuous Improvement and Project professionals to deliver projects that add value to the business.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Use data, analytics, and technology to identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of supplier-related processes and products.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Valid UK driver's license (extensive travel required for this position).
  • Manufacturing and Quality Engineering or Management experience or equivalent.
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge of FAIR, PPAP, MSA, APQP would be advantageous.
  • Presentation, teaching, or training experience.
