We are looking to recruit a dedicated, enthusiastic, and compassionate Educational Support Assistant to work within either Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or Key Stage One, aiding in children's educational journeys. We seek adaptable team players who demonstrate initiative and are committed to fostering engagement in all children’s learning and development.

Experience with Read, Write, Inc. is advantageous; however, training will be provided.

We welcome applications from recent graduates and educators interested in pursuing a role as an Educational Support Assistant. Salary indicated is for full-time, year-round positions; actual salary will be pro rata.

  • Show the ability to take initiative.
  • Implement speech and language programs under the guidance of the Speech and Language Therapist.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Be confident in liaising with staff, parents, and other professionals.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and understand the importance of confidentiality.
  • Hold high expectations for children's learning and behavior.
