Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Service Centre office tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional support to colleagues and customers, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Effectively maintain the network scheduling system, ensuring timely communication with external customers, technicians, and management teams.
- Contribute to operational insights and feedback to relevant management teams.
- Liaise closely with external customers, technicians, and field management through clear and timely communication.
- Assist in controlling and replenishing consumable stocks for the Service Centre.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety processes at all times.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Service Centre Manager and Supervisor.
