About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to support the Operations Manager in the running of Practice Plus Group's services throughout Devon OOH. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service for Practice Plus Group patients by utilising resources effectively. This will involve monitoring and evaluating the performance of operational staff, conducting regular audits, and providing reports to the Operations Manager as needed. Additionally, the Operations Coordinator will assist with the recruitment, selection, and training of new operational staff. The role requires occasional travel to various locations within Devon, with the main base being in Plymouth. The successful candidate will be required to work unsociable hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Operations Manager in the running of Practice Plus Group's services throughout Devon OOH
  • Ensure the delivery of a high-quality service for Practice Plus Group patients
