About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Manager to join our team at Language Matters Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a renowned organisation dedicated to promoting global environmental sustainability, we are looking for a talented individual to oversee HR operations for the Northern European region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee HR operations for the Northern European region, ensuring seamless management of HR processes and procedures.
  • Manage international payroll for 9 countries, reviewing and approving reports from the payroll outsourcing team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle general HR matters for overseas staff, providing expert guidance and support to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Collaborate with fellow HR Managers to streamline and improve HR processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly motivated and experienced HR professional with a solid background in international HR management, preferably in the Northern European market. You will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters diplomatically in an operational HR role.

You will be fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken, and have additional fluency in English. You will be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, as well as independently, with a high attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements
