About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as the Director of Digital Services. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our digital services and drive innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our digital strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and goals.
  • Oversee the management of our digital and data services, including the development and maintenance of our digital infrastructure and systems.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital transformation initiatives, ensuring effective change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective financial management and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including NHS England, the ICB, and Place, to drive digital collaboration and innovation.

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives in a large and complex organization.Strong knowledge of digital and data services in the NHS, including current infrastructures and technologies.Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
