Position Overview
We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our OMODA & JAECOO team. This is a chance to be part of a pioneering brand entering the UK market, within a state-of-the-art facility.
With significant dealer engagement and ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our ranks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to succeed and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Working hours are structured from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday (with Saturday hours from 9 AM to 5 PM), and Sundays from 10 AM to 4 PM on a rotational basis. As the team expands, there will be opportunities for flexible scheduling. Benefits include access to a company vehicle and an On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of £50,000, which includes a base salary of £25,000.
The selected candidate will receive support during the initial six months of employment, including guaranteed monthly bonuses. This period is designed to assist you as customer inquiries and databases grow, ensuring a smooth transition into your new role.
Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will prioritize customer satisfaction in every interaction. As a Sales Consultant, your goal will be to ensure that each client feels valued by accurately identifying their needs and matching them with the appropriate vehicle. This includes providing comprehensive information on financing options and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
- Establish trust and communicate effectively to exceed customer expectations through thorough qualification and creating a positive first impression.
- Maximize sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, follow-up communications, inbound inquiries, walk-in customers, and online leads.
- Enhance profitability by meeting monthly performance indicators related to unit sales, profit margins, finance options, and additional products.
- Comply with company regulations and data protection standards by accurately gathering customer and vehicle information to enhance the quality of our customer database.
Candidate Profile
- This role may appeal to individuals with experience as a car sales consultant, retail manager, or sales manager.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is essential.
- The ability to quickly build rapport with customers is crucial.
- Candidates should demonstrate potential for a successful career in the automotive industry.
- A valid UK driving license is required.
- Experience in the automotive sector is preferred but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
