As an Accounts Support Specialist, your role will be pivotal in enhancing the business operations. We encourage you to bring your vibrant personality to the workplace every day. Prepare for a fast-paced environment where you will facilitate the smooth functioning of the Finance department while aiding in maximizing profitability.

You will be collaborating across multiple properties within the cluster, including various locations, with your primary base at Leonardo Hotel Newcastle. Occasional travel to other properties may be required, including overnight stays.

If you are our ideal Accounts Support Specialist, you will:

  • Be authentic
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately reconciled and entered into the accounting system
  • Review daily revenue performance audits
  • Engage in month-end financial processes, ensuring precise preparation of financial statements
  • Assist in preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and stock valuation at both property and cluster levels
  • Communicate business performance and opportunities effectively and promptly to all management levels
  • Possess knowledge of SAP and Opera; however, training will be provided if needed
  • Have prior experience in a similar position
