We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Additional Resources. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial tasks, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial data, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their financial inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

  • Relevant accounting experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and systems, including Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
