Financial Operations Coordinator

Our client, a prominent player in the property sector with over 15 years of expertise, is in search of a meticulous and organized Financial Operations Coordinator.

As a vital member of the Accounts/Finance team, you will ensure the seamless execution of financial operations. This position is ideal for individuals with prior finance experience or those looking to embark on a rewarding career in finance. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (37 hours per week)

Type:
Permanent, full-time

Key Responsibilities:
1. Validate contractor invoices and secure necessary approvals and quotations.
2. Perform bank postings and update the ledger.
3. Previous experience in finance is preferred but not mandatory.
4. Familiarity with Sage 50 software is a plus.
