Calibre Candidates is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our client in the Farnborough area as part of the Advertising & Sponsorship Sales Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful client in the vibrant Publishing sector, with excellent earning potential and real future career prospects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for looking after existing clients and new business development, managing advertising and sponsorship sales across leading media platforms, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Manage advertising and sponsorship sales across various media platforms
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and negotiation skills
  • Present weekly prospects and revenue updates to the team
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions of client media campaigns

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months proven success in a B2B sales environment
  • Any advertising sales experience would be ideal, but not essential
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Happy with occasional international travel
