About the Organization
This role is designed for a regional nurse who will be required to travel across various Healthcare Ireland facilities within a designated area. The facilities may include those specializing in dementia care, nursing, learning disabilities, and mental health.
Key Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in our commitment to delivering outstanding and inclusive care. This leadership position involves overseeing the care of our residents and ensuring high-quality, individualized care. The Registered Nurse will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.

Main Duties
- Delivering personalized care to each resident.
- Traveling to various Healthcare Ireland facilities as required.
- Assessing and monitoring residents' physical health in accordance with care plans, ensuring all documentation is current.
- Providing support and supervision to care staff and new hires.
- Communicating effectively regarding any concerns related to resident care.
- Adhering to relevant regulatory and statutory standards.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by the Home Manager.

Essential Qualifications
- Valid UK NMC pin.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Access to a vehicle and a full UK driving license.
- A minimum of 6 months of nursing experience in the UK.
