We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team at a HSC hospital in Londonderry/Derry. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing and monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, coordinating with the healthcare team, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered care, prioritizing the needs of patients and their families
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying potential health risks and developing effective care plans
- Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate dosages and patient safety
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Requirements:
- NMC registration and a minimum of 6 months' experience working within a UK Hospital
