We are seeking a dedicated Construction Site Supervisor to become a vital part of our Transportation division. Contract: Permanent – Full time

Key Responsibilities:

As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Construction team to implement a variety of civil engineering projects for local authorities, ensuring that maintenance, enhancements, and significant projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Upholding health and safety standards for yourself, the workforce, and the public, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Overseeing construction sites to adhere to timelines and financial plans, while inspecting work quality in line with established specifications.
  • Facilitating effective communication with local authorities, community members, and stakeholders.
  • Interpreting project documents, design plans, and bills of quantities in accordance with contractual obligations.

Qualifications:

This role is ideal for candidates who possess:

  • A Higher National Certificate (HNC) or equivalent in Civil Engineering, along with significant experience in managing teams and contractors.
  • Relevant certifications such as SMSTS, NRSWA Supervisor, NEBOSH General and Construction Certificate, and 12D Traffic Management.
  • A valid driving license to travel between various project sites.
