Job Description

**Job Title:** Project Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Bracken Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management, quality control, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating potential issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • CSCS certification.
  • SMSTS certification (desired).
