Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our expert team in a mid-size agency with a friendly and supportive culture. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of projects for allocated accounts, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with medical writing and internal colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of projects for allocated accounts, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards, on time, and on budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with medical writing and internal colleagues to develop high-quality scientific programs.
- Ensure effective project management, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the medical communications industry, including therapeutic areas and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Life Science field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical communications agency, with knowledge across a variety of deliverables and therapeutic areas.
- Strong client-facing and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
