Job Title: Telesales Executive

About the Role:

Commercial Domestic Investigations is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within the commercial credit management and debt collection services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound sales calls to SME and micro businesses across the UK to determine their requirements for our commercial invoice collection services, insolvency management, and bespoke financial monitoring systems.
  2. Work towards and achieve daily sales and conversion targets by providing potential leads to our sales team.
  3. Adapt your approach to suit the customers and their business requirements, using your objection-handling skills to ensure effective solutions are provided.
  4. Manage your own customer pipeline and diarise customer callbacks to maintain excellent customer service levels.
  5. Qualify leads to be passed over to the sales team and update customer records securely.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in an outbound telephone-based sales role, preferably within the commercial debt sector, with confidence in calling cold prospect enquiries.
  2. Confident communication and excellent listening skills to build positive customer relationships.
  3. Strong resilience to work towards daily/weekly targets and a desire to learn, develop, and progress within the business.

  1. A competitive basic salary of £22,308 with an uncapped commission structure (£28K-£30K realistic OTE).
