Telesales Professional

About the Role:

Commercial Domestic Investigations is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within the commercial credit management and debt collection services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to target potential business customers, adapting your approach to suit their needs and requirements.
2. Work towards and achieve daily sales and conversion targets by providing potential leads to our sales team.
3. Qualify leads, manage customer pipelines, and diarise customer callbacks to ensure effective solutions are provided to customers.
4. Update customer records and securely manage customer documentation.
5. Maintain excellent customer service levels and cultivate strong relationships with clients through regular communication.

Requirements:

1. Experience in an outbound telephone-based sales role, preferably within the commercial debt sector, with confidence in calling cold prospect enquiries.
2. Confident communication and excellent listening skills, with the ability to build positive customer relationships.
3. Strong resilience, with an expectation of working to daily/weekly targets.
4. Desire and hunger to learn, develop, and progress within the business.

2. £22,308 basic salary with uncapped commission structure (£28K-£30K realistic OTE).
