As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Group Finance Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile daily bank statements and manage cash flow
  • Process prepayments and accruals, and allocate payments on our accounting system
  • Run customer statements and produce aged debtor reports for our executive board
  • Conduct customer reconciliations and manage monthly BACS payments
  • Perform daily backups of our accounting system and generate sales invoices to clients
  • Manage weekly timesheets and job cost analysis for our directors
  • Update charge-out rates and process sales/purchase invoices on our accounting system
  • Manage purchase ledger responsibilities, including coding of invoices
  • Perform monthly expense and credit card analysis and add new clients and suppliers to our accounting system
  • Manage petty cash duties and banking requirements
  • Prepare documents in our branded style and format
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and clients
  • Support our auditors with annual audit of our group accounts
