Maintenance Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Management professional to join our team at CV Library.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the delivery of maintenance and small works projects to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
- Lead and develop a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and methodologies.
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure high-quality workmanship and effective contract management.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and budget spend to ensure effective management of resources.
- Ensure the delivery of robust work quality control mechanisms, including pre and post-inspections.
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Significant experience in maintenance management and delivery of small works projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
9am - 5pm Monday - Friday, with potential flexibility to accommodate other office hours.
