About the Role

Your new challenge involves carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Proactive and Reactive works to all mechanical systems in accordance with agreed service levels. You will work independently or as part of a team to complete all maintenance and servicing tasks, participating in an on-call rota for emergency call-outs and being flexible to work overtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out maintenance and servicing tasks on mechanical systems, including chillers, chilled systems, boilers, heating systems, air handling units, hot and cold-water systems, and building management systems.
  • Undertake building fabric repairs and basic electrical repairs, and oversee contractors to ensure compliance and job completion.
  • Demonstrate relevant knowledge of mechanical plant and HVAC equipment.
Requirements
  • Relevant Mechanical/Engineering Certifications from a recognised institution.
  • Driving licence.
  • Experience in a corporate environment.
