Become a Key Member of Our Real Estate Legal Team

We are looking for a dedicated Legal Assistant to enhance our vibrant team. This position provides significant opportunities for advancement and development within a stimulating environment, supporting various facets of commercial Real Estate operations. As a client-facing Legal Assistant, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities, including the preparation of legal documents, communication with clients, conducting thorough due diligence, and more.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing legal documents and standard templates
  • Communicating with clients and external parties
  • Reviewing and summarizing documentation
  • Preparing Land and Buildings Transaction Tax submissions
  • Addressing title inquiries
  • Managing electronic data repositories
  • Conducting legal research

Candidate Requirements:

We seek enthusiastic candidates with a minimum of one year of experience in Real Estate operations. You should possess a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to manage your tasks effectively.
