Our client can offer the opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial property transactions with an impressive client base of leading national and multinational clients.

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded commercial law firm with a strong track record of delivering complex commercial property transactions. They have a diverse client base across investors, developers, corporates, and public sector entities.

The Role

As a senior associate within the commercial real estate practice, you will be responsible for leading on complex commercial property transactions, liaising with clients, and working with partners to develop new client relationships and shape the practice's future direction.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor - Scotland/England & Wales
  • 5+ years PQE gained focusing on commercial property within a leading commercial law firm
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Demonstrable track record of leading on large and complex property transactions
  • Previous experience of mentoring and developing junior solicitors within a team
  • Collaborative approach
