About the Role

As a Functional Assessor, you will assess individuals and how their disabilities or conditions affect their work life. We provide a competitive salary, with a quality-related bonus of up to 10% once approved and eligible. You will also receive:

  • 25 days of annual leave + BH with option to buy additional days or sell back.
  • Annual registration fees paid.

  • Wellbeing, care, and support, including Room to talk (counselling), peer support, wellbeing webinars, and more.
Training and Development

You can look forward to four days of dedicated CPD per year, 1:1 clinical coaching with a dedicated coach, and communities of practice. There will also be opportunities for professional and personal development, including internal promotion and the chance to work in various sectors.

We are committed to maintaining and supporting a culture of equality and diversity throughout our recruitment process. Job applicants will receive equal and fair treatment, regardless of sex, race, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion, or marital status.
