Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at ProFind Property Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for negotiating sales agreements with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored sales solutions.
  • Sales Negotiation: Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure sales agreements, ensuring maximum value for clients.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, providing expert advice to clients.
  • Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties in the best possible light.
  • Sales Support: Manage the sales process from initial offer to final completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a sales negotiator role within a real estate agency.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport easily.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Customer Focus: A friendly and customer-focused approach, always putting the client first.
  • Local Knowledge: A good understanding of the local property market and area.
  • Organisation: Great organisational and time-management skills.

What We Offer:

  • Basic Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum.
  • On Target Earnings (OTE): £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
