ACTORS' CHILDREN'S TRUST is seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Director to lead our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing our grant-making scheme, managing our finances, and supporting our charity board.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage our grant-making scheme, ensuring efficient and accurate processes.
- Oversee our finances, including budgeting, cash flow, and reporting.
- Support our charity board, ensuring effective governance and decision-making.
- Line manage two staff members and freelancers, providing guidance and direction.
- Develop and implement our marketing strategy, promoting our work and engaging with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with charity regulations and best practices.
- Proven experience in charity management, grant-making, and financial administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Knowledge of charity law and regulations, with a commitment to compliance.
- Experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on promoting our work and engaging with stakeholders.
