Operational Excellence & WMS Project Lead

Join Bis Henderson Recruitment in this exciting opportunity to lead operational excellence and WMS project lead roles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving operational change and supporting the implementation of new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Operational Readiness Implementation team to ensure successful go-live of new operational processes.
  • Own and continuously improve the Operations Readiness Playbook to ensure site readiness activities are delivered to time, quality, and budget.
  • Manage day-to-day risks and resolve escalated issues to ensure operational continuity.
  • Manage the overall Operations Readiness Budget to ensure effective resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years operational experience at a senior management level.
  • Proven experience in managing operational change and supporting others through the process.
  • Strong planning and delivery experience, with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders to achieve a common goal.
  • Experience of Manhattan WMS and operational change management.
