Role – Infrastructure Security Lead

Head Resourcing is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Infrastructure Security Lead to become an integral part of our client's security team. This position presents a unique chance to play a vital role in protecting the organization's infrastructure as it transitions into a digital era.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the establishment of security frameworks, policies, and controls, ensuring adherence across both Infrastructure and Cloud platforms.
  • Manage and enhance vulnerability assessment initiatives for both on-premises and cloud-based systems.
  • Participate in the formulation and execution of network security protocols, encompassing Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) defenses, and traditional firewalls.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Demonstrated expertise in vulnerability management within infrastructure settings, with a history of leading effective teams.
  • In-depth understanding of network security principles, including firewalls, micro-segmentation, DDoS mitigation, WAF, and Network Access Control (NAC).
  • Acquainted with open-source security frameworks such as OWASP and CVSS.
  • Practical experience with security tools like Qualys, AlgoSec, Fortinet, Guardicore, Akamai, and Forescout.

Location: Flexible (Hybrid Work Model)
