Job Title: Cyber Security Infrastructure Manager

Function: CIO

Location: Hybrid Working

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead vulnerability assessment, remediation, and secure build and configuration of TSB's infrastructure estate, including data centre, cloud, networks, and office/branch.
  • Support the implementation of Infrastructure & Cloud security strategy, policy, controls, services, metrics, and compliance.
  • Manage vulnerability management, WAF, DDoS, and Firewall strategy, policy, controls, services, metrics, and compliance for the on-premise and cloud estate.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in offensive/defensive techniques and awareness of open-source frameworks like OWASP and CVSS.
  • Recent experience in delivering and maintaining networking and network security devices on premise and in cloud service providers.
  • Good knowledge of current DDoS and WAF protection measures.
  • Comprehensive understanding of best practices in infrastructure vulnerability management, evaluation, and prioritisation.
  • Able to demonstrate hands-on delivery experience at the lead level.
  • Proven track record of managing a team of Information Security resources.
  • Preferably a degree in an Information Security related discipline or certifications like CISM, CISSP, or CSSLP.
