Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and care provided.
  • Engage in health promotion activities, encouraging patients to adopt healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Participate in vaccination and immunization initiatives for both adults and children.
  • Provide education and support to patients regarding their health conditions and treatment options.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Experience in a primary care setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of chronic disease management and quality improvement frameworks.
